Remanufacturing
Clean faster. Preserve the surface.
Remanufacturing often involves large, high-value components covered in years of paint, oil, grease, corrosion and other contamination. Removing it can be one of the most time-consuming parts of the job.
Enviro Industrial Laser provides 4Jet industrial cleaning systems; German-engineered, high-fluence laser solutions designed to eliminate surface preparation bottlenecks across all remanufacturing operations. One operator. Zero consumables. Zero hazardous waste. Uncompromising precision that restores components to exact OEM specifications.

Real-Time Paint Removal
A 4JET Jetlaser removing paint from a large hydraulic arm at full operating speed. No time-lapse. No accelerated footage — this is the actual cleaning speed.
The Dual Advantage:
Engineered for Every Remanufacturing Challenge
Remanufacturing facilities face two distinct surface preparation challenges. The 4Jet JETLASER is uniquely engineered to excel at both, replacing outdated, labor-intensive methods with a single, high-throughput solution.
1. High-Throughput Coating & Paint Removal
The Objective: Maximum speed and superior surface readiness for recoating.
When stripping heavy industrial paints and thick coatings from large-scale components, the priority is rapid throughput and optimal surface preparation. The 4Jet system removes contaminants at the molecular level, leaving a chemically clean substrate. Independent pull-testing has verified that 4Jet laser-cleaned surfaces achieve up to 25% greater coating adhesion compared to traditional sandblasting, ensuring longer-lasting recoats and reduced warranty claims.
2. Precision Component Restoration
The Objective: Zero dimensional change. Zero substrate removal. (Contactless - gentle on the surface, even for sensitive components)
For critical internal components, gearing, threaded assemblies, and machined surfaces, even microns of material loss are unacceptable. Through advanced selective ablation, the 4Jet laser energy is absorbed entirely by the contaminant (oil, grease, carbon, rust) and safely reflected by the bare metal. This preserves critical tolerances, thread pitch, and gear geometry exactly as manufactured, eliminating the risk of costly rework.

This video above shows a 4JET Jetlaser removing rust and contamination from a large girth gear at its actual operating speed. The footage has not been sped up, allowing the cleaning rate to be seen as it occurs in a real remanufacturing application.
The laser is able to clean both sides of the gear teeth in a single operation, demonstrating its ability to follow complex component geometries while maintaining consistent coating removal across the surface.
